Brand Development
One of BNO’s areas of expertise is in employer brand, so it’s of utmost importance that our agency’s look and feel reflect our company ethos. Since February 2021, I have been working alongside BNO Creative Director John Shanley to help refine and perfect our brand.
Earlier this year, we met with our agency Analytics team to identify and isolate positive trends in our social media strategy, website UX, and email campaigns. We found that a human-centered approach works best for us: our content shines when it pairs faces to names, when intellectual property is showcased, and when creative is at its most dynamic and engaging. Regarding social media specifically, we saw that there was also room to utilize employee networks and boost our brand recognition through organic shareability. We’ve worked hard to add more motion to our content, more unique perspectives from our employees, and more culturally relevant content.
Working closely with leadership, John and I spearheaded a new social media strategy and look-and-feel that reflects these values. I also took the lead to developing onboarding and brand guides that create educational resources for our new hires.
